Government job. 

Government job is a respectable job. Although the younger generation has least interest in government jobs but still there is a huge crowd who are interested for it. The aspiration for government jobs is mainly in the lower middle class and middle class. Government jobs are better than private jobs because every month on time salary. Pension till death and housing facility and various types of facilities are there in government jobs. Government jobs not only provide facilities but also provide reasonable timing, living conditions and most of all stability. There is a fixed time for working in a government job. Time is fixed for promotion and salary increase in government jobs.

Private job. 

Advantage of private job

• Sometimes private companies give a party in a pub (1 year 2 time) 
• You can find easily a private job 
• Your communication will improve. 
• You have to live in the discipline. 
• Sometimes some companies give you a gift sometimes companies offer a chance to room

Disadvantage Of private job

• Temporary job. 
• Stress, pressure, dipression, anxiety =>these are common. 
• You can't take long leave. 
• If you do a private job then you are a lion of a circus. 
• Just listen, you can't say anything. 
• You don't have time 
• Mistake =long story, fix income no freedom. 

Government job. 

• If you are government employ then you will get married to a beautiful girl. 
• Parmanent job. 
• You can take long leave. 
• Good salery. 
• No pressure, no stress, no dipression every thing is good 
• You have time.  

Disadvantage. 

No disadvantage 

You will still be the lion of the circus. 

Private  job. 

The dedication of private employees will be acknowledged and rewarded for their hard work.

Companies like to have employees who put Effort and work hard. As a result, hard work will be rewarded with incentives and Opportunities for promotions.

If we're dissatisfied with a job, we can easily leave and find another that suits our needs, unlike in government roles, where switching positions is much more challenging.
